How to read this document
Every check has the same shape:
- What it watches — the data fields it reads from CRIO and uploaded documents.
- When it fires — the conditions that trigger a finding.
- What it means / how to fix — what you, the operator, need to do.
Roles
- CRC — Clinical Research Coordinator (most data-entry findings).
- PI — Principal Investigator (sign-offs, medical judgments, escalations).
- PI+CRC — both share responsibility.
